What are required documents?
Generally the following documents are required but we need to look closely and carefully at either rebate form which you get from a store retailer or this online website:
Rebate Claim Form obtained from Retailers
Original Sale receipt of purchase
Original Purchased product Serial Number barcode
Original Purchased product UPC code
Your valid address (PO Box address invalid)
Why do I mail-in my rebate form?
We need physical rebate submissions to verify that each rebate request is valid and not duplicated. Furthermore, required physical documents minimize fraudulent rebate requests
Can I request my rebate online?
Yes, you will soon able to request online at http://RebateYes.com . Currently, this request online process allows you to ensure your name and address are accurate and avoid misreading by manual data entry.
Where can I get a copy of rebate coupon or form?
Rebate coupon or form should and is provided at the time of purchase by your retailers.
How do I know if I qualify for a specific rebate?
Your retailers shall supply you the claim form at time of your purchased if you qualify.
Online Rebate Submission
Why should I do the online submission exercise if it is only to enter my name and address for the product serial number?
This step is to double verify your name and address are correctly spelled and eliminate the guessing or incorrect key-in by the process when we receive your claim supporting documents. This step will also ensure your rebate check if qualified will be issued to correct name with correct address.
How do I enter my rebate information?
Go to this url http://RebateYes.com > Enter your purchased date, serial number of your purchased product, and your name and address> Your information will be stored in the database; no validation nor verification will be done until we receive your mail-in rebate claim with all the required documents > Mail in the rebate form along with required documents
Why am I not qualified for the rebate?
It may be any of the following: incorrect serial number, incorrect purchased date, purchased rebate period expired.

Can I still apply for the rebate without the original proof of purchase?
No, even though you may submit online but without proof of purchase your rebate request will not be processed and will be voided.
I need to print out my rebate submission form. What if I don’t have a printer?
You can write Rebate Number, Rebate Promotional Code, your mailing address and mail it in along with other required documents.
What if I don’t have a street address, only a P.O box?
You must provide a valid street address in addition to your P.O Box. The rebate check will be voided and further cost may apply if address is invalid.
What if I can’t find my sale receipt?
Without original sale receipt, your rebate is invalid. You may check with your retailers and request it since they should keep duplicate receipts in their systems.
After rebate submission
How do I receive status updates on my rebate submission?
A confirmation rebate email is sent to your provided email address after submission process. You can check your status at any time at http://RebateYes.com. Please note: Status will generally be available 30 days after postmarked date.
What if I don’t have an email address?
Unfortunately, you just have to wait.
How long does it take to process a rebate?
It normally takes 8-10 weeks to process a claim from the day that it’s received.
What if I do not cash my check prior to the deadline printed on the rebate check?
All checks MUST BE cashed be the date indicated on the check when received. Check is voided after the deadline printed on the rebate check and can not be re-issued.
