Rebate Policy
- No reproductions of UPC codes accepted.
- The sales receipt determines the purchase date.
- Only direct purchase of a new unit by an end-user customer from Fry’s Electronics, Frys.com or Outpost.com is valid.
- Manufacturer’s decision on eligibility and validity are final.
- Request must be postmarked within 30 days from purchase date.
- Limit one rebate per address, per sales receipt. Some restrictions apply.
- No claims to P.O. Boxes will be accepted.
- Requests from groups or organizations will not be processed.
- Neither Manufacturer, nor the Fulfillment Center shall be responsible for lost, late, damaged, mutilated or misdirected mail.
- Illegible or incomplete rebate forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for rebate.
- Fraudulent submission of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section 1341 and 1342).
- Manufacturer reserves the right to review and approve all submissions and modify or withdraw this offer at any time for any reason.
- Offer valid in U.S.A. only.
- Rebate paid in U.S. Dollars only.
- Rebate checks are void and cannot be reissued in either instance: for change of address or if not cashed within 90 days issuance.
- Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
- Product boxes with missing UPC bar code and/or serial# bar code will not be accepted for return.
- Claim Form certificate may not be reproduced, traded or sold.
- Please keep copies of all materials submitted for your records.
- If you do not receive your rebate within 8-10 weeks, please call 1-888-622-5005 or visit http://RebateYes.com.

Please allow 5 weeks lead time from the date you sent out the rebate claim for the status to make it online. If it has been 5 weeks and you still do not see the status online, please email to Status@RebateYes.com.
The best communication method with the fulfillment center is to send an email inquiry with your name, street address, and unit serial number to Status@RebateYes.com. Due to data retrieval and verification time, calling fulfillment center is not recommended; you only add one extra step for fulfillment center to take down the information and reply you back in the email.
