Rebate Status

Rebate Policy

  1. No reproductions of UPC codes accepted.
  2. The sales receipt determines the purchase date.
  3. Only direct purchase of a new unit by an end-user customer from Fry’s Electronics, Frys.com or Outpost.com is valid.
  4. Manufacturer’s decision on eligibility and validity are final.
  5. Request must be postmarked within 30 days from purchase date.
  6. Limit one rebate per address, per sales receipt. Some restrictions apply.
  7. No claims to P.O. Boxes will be accepted.
  8. Requests from groups or organizations will not be processed.
  9. Neither Manufacturer, nor the Fulfillment Center shall be responsible for lost, late, damaged, mutilated or misdirected mail.
  10. Illegible or incomplete rebate forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for rebate.
  11. Fraudulent submission of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Section 1341 and 1342).
  12. Manufacturer reserves the right to review and approve all submissions and modify or withdraw this offer at any time for any reason.
  13. Offer valid in U.S.A. only.
  14. Rebate paid in U.S. Dollars only.
  15. Rebate checks are void and cannot be reissued in either instance: for change of address or if not cashed within 90 days issuance.
  16. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
  17. Product boxes with missing UPC bar code and/or serial# bar code will not be accepted for return.
  18. Claim Form certificate may not be reproduced, traded or sold.
  19. Please keep copies of all materials submitted for your records.

Please allow 5 weeks lead time from the date you sent out the rebate claim for the status to make it online. If it has been 5 weeks and you still do not see the status online, please email to Status@RebateYes.com.

The best communication method with the fulfillment center is to send an email inquiry with your name, street address, and unit serial number to Status@RebateYes.com. Due to data retrieval and verification time, calling fulfillment center is not recommended; you only add one extra step for fulfillment center to take down the information and reply you back in the email.
